OXFORDSHIRE 2 Here is a site where magnetometry based on a single enclosure, revealed at least 2 enclosures and some, presumably prehistoric, hut circles. The magnetometry was with a Bartington Grad 601/2 fluxgate gradiometer with 1 metre between lines and 4 readings per metre.
Magnetometry survey of probable Iron Age site in Oxfordshire.
The resistivity survey of the same area, using our TR Systems meter with readings at a 1 metre interval, located additional features but was affected by the drift geology as the ground conditions were a bit too dry for good results.
